A prefabricated plug & play home that makes no distinction between solid ground and water: it’s LilliHaus, a project from Brazilian group SysHaus, who realizes avant-garde residential units vaunting advanced technologies and machines. The idea behind this tiny house is that to combine quality, autonomy and a green approach with a casual and welcoming style.

The most surprising element? It only takes two days to construct, and you can choose between diverse programming and configuration options with the possibility to combine two or more units to obtain a larger space.

Of course it’s the aquatic variant that’s received the most attention. Renamed waterlilliHaus, this floating home resembles its full-size counterpart while mounted on a catamaran, which can be docked or navigated at up to four knots.

The prefabricated property is available both online or off-grid. For the latter, solar panels are provided to supply the necessary energy, while a water recirculation system guarantees a purified water supply that eliminates pollution.

With a minimalist design, the home also includes wide openings available on the ceiling and walls, favoring natural ventilation. Dressed in light wood and distinguished with a clean and linear look, this small fluttering nest has everything to welcome guests, along with an inestimable perk: waking up every morning in a perfectly accessorized home that takes the wellness of the planet and its waters to heart.
